About the Role

Fircroft is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a prominent organization within the Construction, Contracting, EPC, and Infrastructure sector. This full-time executive leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO.

Strategic Leadership Focus

The CEO will be instrumental in developing and executing the company's strategic vision and long-term business objectives. This role encompasses leadership over the company's overall strategy, financial performance, project execution, and business development initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term business objectives.
• Lead all business operations to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction, EPC, and infrastructure projects.
• Drive commercial performance, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead, develop, and inspire senior leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Group CEO and Board.

Required Executive Experience

• Over 10 years of proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Executive Director, or Business Unit Head.
• Experience must be within a reputable Construction, Contracting, EPC, or Infrastructure organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects and complex business operations.
• Proven experience with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
