Food People is seeking a General Manager to lead a premium restaurant operation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a dynamic and hands-on leader with over 10 years of experience, focusing on operational excellence and exceptional guest service to enhance the brand's presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to align kitchen and floor operations.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to the front-of-house team to enhance service and upselling techniques.
• Foster a performance-led, hands-on culture within the team.
• Analyze seasonal business patterns and adjust operations accordingly.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
• Support planning, execution, and innovation within the restaurant.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a General Manager in premium dining restaurants.
• Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational and service standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and upskill teams.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to drive top-line performance.
• Understanding of seasonal and campaign-based business cycles.
• International exposure or experience is highly preferred.
