Job Title: Security Manager

Job Summary:
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors and to protect property. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement security policies, and effective coordination with internal teams and external entities. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in security management and strong English language skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures and emergency response plans.
Supervise and lead the security team to ensure good performance, provide training, and adhere to company standards.
Monitor security systems such as cameras, access control, and alarm systems to ensure their effectiveness.
Conduct regular security inspections, assess risks, and investigate incidents.
Coordinate with local security agencies and emergency teams as needed.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage access permits, control visitor traffic, and issue badges.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
Respond quickly and effectively to any security breaches or emergencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Preferred to have at least 3 years of experience in supervising or managing security.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of security systems, monitoring equipment, and emergency procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Work Environment:
This role may require working in shifts, being on-call, and the ability to handle physically demanding situations when necessary.
