About the Role

Bunge is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its RENOVA plant located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for leading the plant's maintenance and reliability strategy. The role focuses on ensuring maximum equipment availability, strict compliance with the production plan, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance area to ensure overall plant operability and reliability.
• Implement and execute the operational reliability plan to consistently meet production objectives.
• Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns effectively in collaboration with various operational areas.
• Manage all necessary resources, spare parts, and services to maintain continuous operational flow.
• Develop and lead high-performance work teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and Industry concepts, to optimize efficiency and enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with all safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer with a specialization in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance leadership positions within industrial environments.
• Solid foundational knowledge of maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset management principles.
• Demonstrated experience with quality, safety, and occupational health management systems.
