Core Purpose of the Position

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will hold a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of all maintenance tasks. The primary objective is to ensure the consistent reliability of equipment and the continuity of operational processes within our high-level industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks across the plant.
• Analyze and rectify equipment failures and malfunctions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all work performed.
• Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling department.
• Provide training and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve operational problems and implement process improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with all company safety standards and protocols.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role are expected to have between 5 and 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
