About the Role

Wareef is seeking a Governance & Regulatory Frameworks Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing and implementing robust governance and regulatory frameworks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an integrated corporate governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, and relationships across various management levels.
• Prepare and draft internal policies and regulatory bylaws professionally, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and legislative systems.
• Build and update Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrices to ensure accurate distribution of responsibilities and prevent conflicts of interest.
• Review existing frameworks, conduct gap analyses, and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical consultation to senior management on administrative structure organization and ensuring smooth decision-making processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in administrative and legal writing in both Arabic and English, with an emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and comprehensiveness.
• Deep expertise in building governance models and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI Matrix).
• High-level skill in process analysis and breaking down administrative complexities into simplified regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with global best practices in governance, such as ISO standards or national governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in governance, institutional excellence, or management consulting.
• A professional background with prior work in building governance frameworks for government entities or large corporations is preferred.
