About the Opportunity

WSP in the Middle East is seeking talented Saudi national graduates to join a landmark infrastructure construction supervision project in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience on a significant infrastructure program within the Kingdom, working under the guidance of experienced industry professionals. The role is open to graduates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

This graduate role involves supporting various aspects of infrastructure project supervision. Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those with degrees in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, project management, environmental sciences, health & safety, IT, finance, law, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers, architects, and project managers in daily supervision activities.
• Assist with the review of drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
• Participate in site inspections, quality control, and safety checks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
• Develop an understanding of construction supervision practices and industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, IT, or HSE.
• Saudi National, in line with Saudization requirements.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure development and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional project environment.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of engineering or design software is considered an advantage.
