  • Preparing daily sales reports accurately and submitting them to management.
  • Managing Excel files: tables, reports, inventory lists, and expense tracking.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reports.
  • Working on simple designs using Photoshop (posters, themes, price cards, presentations).
  • Coordinating with the event manager and following up on daily tasks.
  • Organizing the event schedule and documenting needs and updating them continuously.
  • Following up on daily orders with the branch and ensuring their accurate execution.
  • Archiving event photos and bouquets in an organized manner.
  • Communicating with clients and companies when needed.
  • Performing daily administrative tasks such as printing, emails, and coordinating meetings.
