About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, taking initiative to address their needs.
• Process operational requirements and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about local attractions and highlights.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times.

Operational Standards and Requirements

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Be prepared for physical demands including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Engage in hands-on tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
