About the Role

Pulsepoint Entertainment is seeking a Guest Journey Director to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role focuses on developing creative ideas and guest experiences for physical entertainment projects. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Guest Journey Director will conceptualize what guests see, do, and experience within an attraction or entertainment activation. This involves transforming creative ideas into clear concepts for both creative and production teams. This is a creative development role centered on entertainment experiences, not graphic design, branding, or freelance design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for physical entertainment experiences.
• Design the overall guest journey and experience.
• Generate ideas for scenes, interactions, storytelling, and guest moments.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to execute concepts.
• Contribute to shaping experiences from initial idea through to execution.
• Provide creative input across various Pulsepoint Entertainment projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in film, television, theatre, immersive entertainment, theme parks, or related entertainment industries.
• Demonstrated strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of how to create engaging audience and guest experiences.
• Ability to develop and clearly communicate creative concepts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working on entertainment productions or physical experiences is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the entertainment industry. The role involves working closely with creative and production teams to realize entertainment projects.
