Job Description

  • Welcoming and greeting customers professionally.
  • Managing and organizing reservations and following up on them.
  • Coordinating customer distribution to tables according to the restaurant's capacity.
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries.
  • Following up on waiting lists and informing customers of the expected waiting time.
  • Coordinating with the service team and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints and escalating them to management. 
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Providing information about the menu, offers, and available services
  • Evening shift.
  • 9 working hours daily (including one hour break).
  • Working in shifts according to operational needs

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
