We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to be part of our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for experienced hair professionals eager to inspire others, lead training sessions, and contribute to business growth through education and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional training sessions on haircutting, coloring, styling, and product usage for salons and professional clients.
Inspire and guide hairstylists by sharing techniques, trends, and best practices.
Support business development by introducing Madi International's professional haircare brands to salons.
Conduct in-salon demonstrations, workshops, and events to build brand loyalty and drive sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and hair professionals.
Stay updated with industry trends and new product knowledge to deliver impactful education.
Represent the company at industry events and seminars as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of professional hairdressing experience in a salon or educational role.
Prior experience in training, education, or mentoring is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of professional hair products and salon operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A passion for teaching and staying ahead of trends.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
