About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced HCM Applications Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure effective HR technology solutions, optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, and strong user adoption.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.
• Configure business rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system processes within HCM platforms.
• Translate HR business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage integrations between HCM platforms and various third-party systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and system extensions using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Oversee data migration and conversion processes from legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to HCM applications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and security role validation.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HR super users.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in HCM systems implementation and support.
• Strong experience with either Oracle Fusion HCM or Workday, or both.
• Demonstrated experience across key HR functions including HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of HCM integrations and data migration methodologies.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional HR, Finance, and IT teams.
• Oracle or Workday certification is preferred.
• Experience with multi-country payroll and HR compliance is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise

Candidates should possess knowledge of various technical tools and standards relevant to HCM systems. This includes proficiency with SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extract, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Power BI.

Compliance and Collaboration

A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with applicable financial, HR, and local labor regulations. The HCM Applications Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to align HR technology solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
