About the Role

Imploy is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Al Saudia, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leading the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Role Overview

The consultant will lead initiatives for HCM applications, including Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday. This position involves working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure the effective deployment of HR technology solutions, optimal system performance, compliance with regulations, and strong user adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.
  • Configure business rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system processes.
  • Translate HR business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Manage integrations between HCM platforms and third-party systems.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and system extensions using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Manage data migration and conversion from legacy systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and security role validation.
  • Provide training and support to HR super users.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial, HR, and local labor regulations.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Workday.
  • Experience across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extract, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HCM integrations and data migration principles.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Oracle or Workday certification.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll and HR compliance.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
