The Head Chef Role

Absolute Taste is seeking a Head Chef to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences. The Head Chef will lead kitchen teams and maintain Absolute Taste's standards in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, recipe development, and quality control.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate food preparation and service to meet operational demands.
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain efficient workflows and cost-effective operations within the kitchen.
• Collaborate with event managers and clients to deliver tailored culinary experiences.
• Continuously refine menus and presentation to enhance dining experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant culinary role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic food and beverage environment, collaborating with various teams and clients to deliver high-quality catering services.
