About the Head of Administration Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Head of Administration to lead all non-clinical, administrative, and operational support functions for the Sports Medicine Center. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, requires over 10 years of experience and is crucial for ensuring the center operates efficiently, resources are managed effectively, and facilities are maintained to support excellent customer and patient experiences. Candidates with prior experience in a Sports Medicine Center will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all administrative operations, including front office, scheduling, document control, and coordination services.
  • Establish administrative operating models, workflows, policies, and service standards to support sports, rehab, performance, medical, and customer-facing teams.
  • Monitor administrative workloads, turnaround times, and service quality, resolving issues that impact service delivery.
  • Support the Sports Medicine Center Director in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, monitoring administrative expenses and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee facility readiness, maintenance coordination, space utilization, and vendor management, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Manage procurement requests, inventory levels, and resource coordination to ensure timely sourcing of operational materials and supplies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and digital enablement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure administrative operations comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, managing operational risks and compliance.
  • Act as a central coordination point between service lines, support functions, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of events and operational activities.

Performance Expectations

The Head of Administration will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted administrative and facility support operations, maintaining cost control and budget discipline, and achieving strong vendor performance. Key performance indicators include improving administrative turnaround times and process efficiency, maintaining facility readiness and supply availability, ensuring compliance with documentation and procurement requirements, and supporting improved customer and service line satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in administrative operations, healthcare operations support, facility coordination, or business operations.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, facilities, procurement, and support services.
  • Experience within healthcare, sports facilities, wellness centers, or complex service environments is preferred.
