Head of Digital Insurance & InsurTech (Saudi)

About the Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Head of Digital Insurance & InsurTech to lead the digital insurance business for an innovative InsurTech company specializing in electronic insurance brokerage. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a strategic and commercially driven leader with deep InsurTech knowledge, digital expertise, and business development capabilities. The role focuses on building, operating, and scaling a digital insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Digital Insurance & InsurTech strategy.
• Develop and scale the company's digital insurance brokerage platform.
• Identify and develop new digital insurance products, services, and distribution channels.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, technology providers, and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Translate customer and market needs into digital insurance products and platform capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end digital insurance customer journey and continuously improve the digital experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital distribution, and technology-enabled insurance solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, insurance, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging InsurTech opportunities.
• Ensure the platform and digital insurance offering remain commercially viable, scalable, and customer-focused.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Digital Insurance, InsurTech, Insurance Brokerage, or Online Insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, digital distribution, and customer journeys.
• Experience with digital insurance platforms, insurance technology, or digital products.
• Proven background in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial Growth.
• Ability to integrate Insurance, Digital, and Business Development strategies.
• Experience working with insurance companies, brokers, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience in FinTech, Digital Transformation, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, Insurance Marketplaces, Aggregators, or Embedded Insurance is considered a strong advantage for this role.
