About the Role

RAWAJ, a leading organization in the Fintech industry in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Director of Strategic Planning and Project Management – Digital Transformation. This full-time role is based in Makkah and is central to leading strategic planning, large-scale program and project management, governance, and performance optimization across all operations. The position requires over 10 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Director of Strategic Planning and Project Management plays a strategic part in supporting business growth, optimizing financial and operational performance, and maintaining stability. This role ensures the successful coordination and execution of initiatives, with a strong focus on Hajj season procedures, requirements, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead major project, program, and portfolio management (PMO) initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to governance frameworks and risk management standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets while closely monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations through executive and analytical reports.
• Coordinate and organize complex plans, operational activities, and initiatives according to Hajj season requirements, timelines, and specialized models.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and leverage project management tools, data analysis, and performance management dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale programs and projects.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans.
• Experience in financial and operational performance monitoring and optimization.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic Fintech organization. The role involves working in an environment that requires strategic oversight and meticulous execution, particularly concerning Hajj season operations.
