About the Role

Invygo is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee operational performance across its key markets. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring the delivery of its customer promise: the right car, ready on time, well-maintained, and paid for reliably. The role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution, from vehicle onboarding to customer collections.

Core Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will manage and optimize critical operational functions across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Handover & Fulfilment: Ensuring On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) vehicle handovers, improving booking acceptance rates and durations, and maximizing the speed and volume of vehicles made available on the platform. This involves eliminating handover delays through clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), root-cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Fleet Service & Maintenance: Overseeing Scheduled Maintenance Appointments (SMA) to ensure full coverage, high adherence, and minimal vehicle downtime. This includes managing vehicle readiness, turnaround times, claims, and the redeployment of returned vehicles.
  • Collections & Recovery: Driving timely collection of subscription dues and leading enforced collection and overdue account recovery processes while maintaining customer relationships. The goal is to reduce overdue balances through clear processes and cross-functional alignment.
  • Operational Excellence & Reporting: Maintaining daily operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear targets per market. This includes standardizing processes and SLAs across markets, identifying bottlenecks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Key partnerships include:

  • Supply & Partnerships: Aligning on vehicle commitments, upload pipelines, and supplier performance.
  • Finance: Working on collections, recovery, forecasting, and operational cost control.
  • Product, Engineering, & Data: Collaborating to automate manual workflows and enhance operational visibility.
  • Customer Experience (CX): Ensuring operational processes protect Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention.

Leadership and Team Development

The Head of Operations will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring high-performing operations teams across both markets. This involves setting clear targets, managing performance, and developing talent within the function. A key objective is to foster a data-driven, execution-focused, and customer-centric operating culture.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with a proven ability to build and scale operations. Required experience is between 5-10 years. The role demands proficiency in managing dashboards and SLAs, driving consistent team execution, and leveraging operational data for measurable improvements in cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Location
