About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager Nightshift to join a leading contractor team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring robust health and safety standards on a major new building project during night operations.

Role Context

The Health and Safety Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing safety protocols across the construction site during the night shift. This involves proactive engagement with site management and personnel to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with project HSE plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to site management to ensure all health and safety measures are implemented by construction personnel.
• Conduct weekly site inspections and prepare Self-Assessments Reports for all relevant sites.
• Assist in the reporting and investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring adequate corrective and preventative actions are taken.
• Exercise authority to suspend any work presenting an imminent danger of an accident or injury.
• Advise and report to the Project Senior HSE Manager on all project-related HSE matters.
• Implement the Project HSE training program.
• Conduct audits to verify the effective implementation of the Project’s Health and Safety Plan on site.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dedicated Health and Safety professional with a proven track record in managing safety on large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of suitable experience as a Health and Safety Manager.
• Demonstrated experience working on major construction projects is essential.
