About the Role

Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality and housekeeping operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing services across multiple healthcare facilities to ensure high standards of patient experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hospitality and housekeeping operations across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and patient experience.
  • Develop and standardize hospitality service standards across hospitals.
  • Monitor hospitality KPIs, patient satisfaction, quality, and service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE, infection prevention, safety, and healthcare accreditation standards.
  • Manage hospitality supervisors, housekeeping teams, and external service contractors.
  • Oversee linen, guest amenities, hospitality consumables, and related services.
  • Conduct operational audits and implement corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with hospital management, nursing, medical, and support teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement and patient-experience initiatives.
  • Support new hospital openings and the implementation of hospitality standards.
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost optimization, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop multicultural hospitality teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of relevant hospitality management experience, preferably within hospitals, healthcare organizations, or medical centers.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or regional operations.
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and patient experience standards.
  • Understanding of QHSE and healthcare accreditation requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multicultural teams and external contractors.

Work Environment and Travel

The role requires a willingness to travel between healthcare facilities in Riyadh, Makkah, and Jeddah as needed. The Hospitality Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and managing staff accommodation.
