The Role: HR Business Partner

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance and support across various HR functions, contributing to organizational development and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Support managers in handling employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Identify talent needs and collaborate with management on recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in human resources. The position requires a professional who can effectively partner with business leaders and contribute to HR strategy and operational excellence.
