About Virtucruit and the Role

Virtucruit is collaborating with a prominent Saudi group to recruit an HR Director. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is integral to a new automotive platform. The role offers the opportunity to establish and lead the human resources agenda for a transformative business.

Role Overview

The HR Director will be responsible for developing the organization's people strategy from its inception. This includes managing talent acquisition, fostering employee development, and enhancing engagement across the new automotive platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish HR policies, frameworks, and ensure compliance.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Build training, learning and development, and career progression systems.
• Embed company culture and values in alignment with Vision 2030.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Experience in talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Director will work within a new automotive platform, contributing to its foundational development.
