Ultimate Peaks is seeking a Director, HR Business Partnering to lead its regional HR Business Partners. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on enhancing the quality of people decisions across the business.

Role Overview

The Director will be responsible for overseeing a team of regional HR Business Partners who cover operations across the Kingdom and internationally. The primary objective is to elevate the standard of people-related decisions within the organization, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of regional HR Business Partners covering both domestic and international operations.
• Improve the quality of people decisions across the business, specifically in areas such as hiring, probation management, organizational structure, and capability development.
• Manage first-line employee relations within the region.
• Maintain a regular site presence according to a published rota.
• Serve as the primary intake route for all people-related requests from the business.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in genuine HR business partnering, including the ability to challenge senior management constructively while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Capability to analyze and understand business dynamics beyond headcount, including cost, volume, attrition, and productivity metrics.
• Comfort and effectiveness in navigating ambiguity and managing conflict.
• Willingness to travel regularly to various operational sites.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss potential challenges, specifically addressing the question: "What in your region will become a problem in three months that nobody has noticed yet?"
