Role Overview

Front End is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee all aspects of the company's human resources operations. This full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar requires an individual with strong leadership skills, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals. The role involves working closely with the executive team to ensure HR policies and practices comply with current laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals and objectives.
