About the Role

Richemont is seeking an HR Manager RIC to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the Group HR strategy and the long-term business objectives of assigned organizational units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategy in alignment with Group HR strategy and business objectives.
  • Contribute specialist expertise and insights to functional strategy formation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Analyze external developments and emerging issues, evaluating their potential organizational impact.
  • Conduct complex analyses of HR data to identify key trends and generate insights that enhance employee engagement and business performance.
  • Draft HR frameworks and tools for various functions including recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention, ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, and legal requirements.
  • Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving queries and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Communicate local action plans, explaining their relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate employees to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and monitor organizational procedures to ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage budgets or conduct complex budget analyses to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Develop and test HR data collection forms or questionnaires to ensure relevant data collection.
  • Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build capabilities.
  • Provide training or coaching to improve performance and fulfill potential.
  • Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems.
  • Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs, ensuring integration with related projects and building acceptance of change.
  • Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives, using precise and descriptive language for tasks and responsibilities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in human resources management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
