HR Senior Specialist.Employee Relation

About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an HR Senior Specialist, Employee Relations to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the balance between organizational and employee rights, monitoring employee performance, and developing corrective actions. The role also focuses on maintaining an internal pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities within the company.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to uphold both organizational and employee rights, track employee performance, and implement necessary corrective measures. Additionally, the specialist will ensure the continuous development of internal talent to fill future internal vacancies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an internal candidate pipeline for transfers and promotions to ensure fair and efficient manpower fulfillment.
• Monitor store employee compliance with attendance policies to ensure efficient manpower availability.
• Receive, manage, and analyze grievances and complaints, recommending corrective actions to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
• Manage employee exit processes and analyze exit interview data to contribute to an efficient reduction in employee turnover.
• Manage investigation and disciplinary activities to ensure compliance with Panda regulations and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, specifically within employee relations.
