About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking freelance HR Trainers to develop and deliver practical training programs for human resources professionals in Riyadh. This role involves designing content tailored to client needs, facilitating interactive workshops, and assessing learning outcomes. Engagements will be on a freelance basis, determined by the scope and requirements of each training program.

Role Overview

The HR Trainer will focus on enhancing the knowledge and skills of HR professionals through targeted training. This includes reviewing client needs, customizing materials, and ensuring content aligns with organizational contexts and local regulations. The position requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across various HR disciplines, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to define learning objectives and determine appropriate content levels for participants.
• Develop and customize training materials such as presentations, participant guides, activities, case studies, and assessment tools.
• Facilitate in-person or virtual workshops using adult learning principles, group discussions, simulations, and practical exercises.
• Train participants in the use of relevant HR tools and templates, including interview guides, job descriptions, individual development plans, and HR performance indicators.
• Ensure training content is aligned with the client’s organizational context, professional practices, and applicable local regulations.
• Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback to support the application of acquired knowledge and skills in the workplace.
• Prepare comprehensive final training reports detailing assessment results, trainer observations, and development recommendations.
• Coordinate training schedules, delivery requirements, and material submissions according to agreed scope and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related training field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Work Arrangement

This is a freelance position based in Riyadh, with engagements structured per individual training program requirements.
