Job Description

About the HR Intern Role

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is offering a summer internship opportunity within its HR Business Partner team. This role is based in the Riyadh office and provides a chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment, supporting various HR activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees and coordinate with relevant functions to prepare for cross-functional orientation week.
  • Support the HR Business Partner team in preparing various HR reports to facilitate ongoing HR activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up on action items and cultivate relationships with HR Business Partner stakeholders.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, offering basic HR support or directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Provide support to HR Partners on ongoing HR projects as needed.

Qualifications and Academic Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a focus on Human Resource Management or a related field. A minimum GPA of out of or out of is required. An official university letter must be submitted along with the CV.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse organizations and teams.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity within a diverse environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team to address challenges promptly.
