HSE Manager

About the Role

Al Khinji Services is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environment activities on project sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in large-scale industrial projects, particularly within the energy and water sectors.

Role Overview

The HSE Manager will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and management of all HSE protocols and activities onsite. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations across various project phases, contributing to a safe and efficient operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities on project sites.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective HSE management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Possession of relevant HSE Certifications.
• A minimum of 10 years of total HSE experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in an HSE capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in projects related to Sea Water, Power Plants, Desalination, Solar Wind, Water Treatment, or Sewage Treatment.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia who possess a transferable Iqama and are immediately available to commence work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSE within complex industrial environments, particularly those involving solar, RO, or power plant projects.
