This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will play a strategic role, focusing on HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and operational HR leadership. This position involves close collaboration with senior management to drive key HR initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, policy development, recruitment processes, administration, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in strategic HR.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and compliance requirements.

Work Environment
