About Bayut KSA and the Role

Bayut KSA is the leading property portal in the Kingdom, connecting millions of users nationwide. As part of Dubizzle Group, Bayut operates alongside strong classifieds brands, serving over 200 million monthly users. We are seeking a Human Resources Operation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves delivering effective HR support across various functions, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with Saudi labour law, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Onboarding and New Joiner Processes

  • Assist the HR Executive in preparing employment paperwork, including contracts, banking setup, and medical insurance.
  • Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.
  • Manage the entire visa process for new hires through relevant government platforms and portals.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics for new employees joining from outside the country.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in BambooHR or similar HRMS systems.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees, assisting with HR inquiries and resolving work-related concerns.
  • Provide employees with information regarding company policies, benefits, job duties, and compensation.
  • Support the performance management process, including PIP cycles, performance reviews, and disciplinary discussions.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, focus groups, and feedback sessions to promote a positive work environment.

Offboarding and Exit Formalities

  • Coordinate with the PRO to handle visa cancellations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in line with the Saudi Labour Law.
  • Represent the company at the Saudi Labour Office when required to address employment-related matters.

HR Reporting and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure timely responses (within 24–48 hours) to employee document requests, such as salary certificates, performance or PIP forms.
  • Prepare and share monthly HR reports with the HR Manager, including visa headcount and quota tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources operations. A strong understanding of Saudi labour law and HR best practices is essential for success in this position.
