The Opportunity: Human Resources Operation Specialist

Due to significant growth, CTRD Arabia is investing in its People Team to foster a high-performing and agile HR function that supports the overall business strategy and growth agenda. We are seeking a Human Resources Operation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience and is central to the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, particularly for a specific organizational design project and program of activity within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations and employee lifecycle administration for consultants transitioning to CTRD Arabia employees in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare, update, maintain, and organize employee documentation, including employment contracts, onboarding records, personal files, signed forms, and HR letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR records across internal trackers, HR systems, and shared folders, ensuring completeness, currency, and audit-readiness.
  • Deliver HR induction sessions for team members transferring to Qiwa contracts as part of the organizational design program.
  • Administer the Qiwa portal, managing employment contract actions, amendments, employee information updates, acceptance tracking, and related HR compliance.
  • Support monthly HR reporting by preparing, checking, and updating employee data, onboarding status, portal actions, and headcount records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and handle HR records in accordance with company policy and data protection requirements.
  • Contribute to internal HR process improvements, including trackers, filing structures, induction materials, and system administration workflows.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, onboarding, or a similar HR support role in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad portals.
  • Strong understanding of employee onboarding, employment documentation, HR records management, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document and data keeping, and employee file management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to coordinate effectively with employees, managers, Government Relations, and Finance.
  • Bilingual capability in Arabic and English, with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a multinational, consultancy, professional services, or project-based environment.
  • Working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, HRSD requirements, and KSA employment compliance practices.
  • Experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including data validation, trackers, basic formulas, and reporting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within CTRD Arabia's dedicated People Team. The role supports a dynamic environment focused on organizational growth and operational excellence.
