HVAC Technician

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing essential preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for HVAC systems. The role requires working closely with a mentor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Correcting or resolving issues and problems within existing systems and processes, including making minor changes.
• Addressing problems and issues that typically fall within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
• Occasionally addressing vaguely defined problems that require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Applying specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations.
• Working as an individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
• Applying knowledge within a domestic context, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is suggested for this role.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and servicing.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct customer contact and collaboration with a mentor to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
