HVAC Technician

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing essential preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with a mentor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer interaction.
• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, including making minor modifications.
• Communicate facts, practices, and policies clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An Associate's Degree or Technical Degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of suggested experience in a related field.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to deliver output according to specific operational targets, occasionally within broader operational targets with significant impact on the job area.
• Proficiency in addressing problems and issues that generally fall within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
• Capability to address vaguely defined problems that require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Application of specialized knowledge in specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations.
• Understanding and application of broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
• This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others.
• Application of knowledge is focused domestically and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.
