The Role: IAM Engineer (ISIM)

Inspira Enterprise is seeking an IAM Engineer (ISIM) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IBM IAM solutions, with a focus on ISIM and IGI. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle and integrate IAM platforms with various enterprise systems. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IBM IAM solutions using ISIM and IGI.
• Manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation solutions.
• Implement identity governance processes such as access certifications and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, databases, HR systems, and cloud environments.
• Develop and customize workflows, provisioning policies, connectors, and adapters to automate identity management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience with IBM IAM solutions.
• Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience with ISIM and IGI.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications and directories.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, federation, and MFA implementations.
• Experience in designing workflows and governance policies.

Location and Work Type

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is offered on a part-time basis.
