The Role of Iconic Terminal Project Advisor

ALTANFEETHI is seeking an Iconic Terminal Project Advisor to provide expert guidance on a landmark project in Riyadh. This full-time role involves advising top management and project teams to ensure the development of a world-class terminal. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise top management and project teams on the vision, strategy, and direction of the iconic terminal project to shape a landmark and world-class project.
• Provide expert guidance on design and architectural direction to ensure an iconic, distinctive, and functional terminal.
• Advise on the guest experience concept through expert guidance to ensure a luxurious, seamless, and differentiated journey.
• Review project plans, designs, and milestones through structured assessment to provide expert feedback and support informed decisions.
• Guide the project team on aviation and terminal best practices to align the design with operational and industry standards.
• Identify project risks and opportunities through expert insight to support sound decisions and protect the project's ambition.
• Support alignment between design, operations, and guest experience through advisory input to ensure a coherent and integrated terminal concept.
• Advise on industry trends and benchmarks through market insight to keep the project innovative and globally competitive.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
