The role involves overseeing all receiving and put-away activities, coordinating effectively with internal departments and external suppliers, and ensuring the smooth, efficient execution of daily inbound processes within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all receiving, inspection, and put-away activities, ensuring strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to the inbound team to optimize operational efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support the ongoing professional development of inbound staff.
• Manage team schedules, track attendance, and resolve daily operational issues within the inbound section of the warehouse.
