The AR Lab is seeking an Influencer and Talent Lead to establish and grow its new Influencer & Talent department. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Influencer and Talent Lead will be responsible for building and leading a new department focused on influencer marketing and talent representation. This involves identifying and signing talent, managing campaigns, and defining departmental operations and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop The AR Lab’s new Influencer & Talent department.
• Identify, sign, and cultivate a roster of influencers for brand campaigns and talent representation.
• Provide guidance to signed talent on positioning and growth strategies.
• Negotiate influencer fees, contracts, and exclusivity terms, subject to management approval.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, talent agents, and managers.
• Lead influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, collaborating with Content, Creative, and Production teams.
• Manage client relationships and contribute influencer insights to pitches.
• Define the department’s services, pricing, and processes in coordination with Operations.
• Report on campaign results and department performance against targets, and monitor market and platform trends.
• Build and lead the department’s team as it expands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in signing and developing influencers.
• An established network of influencers, talent agents, and brands across the region.
• Experience leading influencer campaigns from concept development to reporting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms, influencer metrics, and advertising regulations.
• Experience in building a new department, service, or team is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing client relationships and contributing to pitches.
