NICE ONE is seeking a full-time Influencers Specialist to join its marketing team in Riyadh. This role is for a proactive and creative individual with 2-5 years of experience, responsible for developing and managing influencer partnerships. The successful candidate will execute campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales, while also measuring influencer performance to optimize ongoing activity. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of social media trends and analytics, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience segments, and campaign goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers across various platforms (*, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) based on audience fit, engagement, and creative potential; manage outreach and negotiation.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and compliance requirements.
• Prepare agreements, manage budgets and payments, track spend versus plan, and ensure timely fulfillment of commercial terms.
• Collaborate with influencers, creative teams, and product stakeholders to develop authentic, on-brand content concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI; prepare regular campaign reports and actionable insights for future performance improvement.
• Ensure influencer content meets legal, contractual, and brand guidelines, including disclosure and intellectual property considerations.
• Nurture long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and the influencer landscape to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.
• Work closely with social media, PR, product, and e-commerce teams to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing plans and commercial objectives.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
