About the Role

Get Smart Medical Company is seeking a qualified and experienced IT Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing essential technical support and ensuring the smooth, secure operation of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, emails, and system credentials.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure regular data backup and support data recovery procedures.
• Maintain information security and protect company systems and data from unauthorized access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, internet, and network connectivity.
• Support the organization’s medical and administrative systems and coordinate with system providers when required.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment, devices, and software licenses.
• Assist with system updates, upgrades, and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Provide technical support during the opening and operation of new branches.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support and system administration.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in healthcare or medical facilities is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a medical company environment. The role requires active participation in maintaining and supporting critical IT infrastructure.
