Role Overview: Innovation Program Manager

The Innovation Program Manager will lead the design and execution of incubation, acceleration, and venture building programs at ****** This role involves guiding startups through their entire journey, from initial idea validation to market launch. A key aspect of this position is fostering and managing the entrepreneurship ecosystem by connecting founders with mentors, partners, and investors. The manager will ensure the successful delivery, growth, and impact of innovation programs, aligning them with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine incubation, acceleration, and venture building programs that cover the full innovation lifecycle, from idea validation to go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and attract high-potential startups and entrepreneurs, both locally and internationally.
• Provide guidance to startups through critical stages, including problem validation, solution design, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, achieving product-market fit, and scaling operations.
• Oversee the progress of startups within the program, assisting founders in developing clear business models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Attract and manage relationships with investors, venture capital firms, angel networks, and funding entities.
• Facilitate investor readiness for startups by providing pitch coaching, financial modeling guidance, and support in preparing investment materials. Organize demo days, investor meetings, and networking events to connect startups with funding opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporations, government entities, and ecosystem players to support program objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong network of mentors, advisors, and industry experts to ensure relevant and high-quality support for startups.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and innovation practices to continuously enhance program offerings.
• Manage program operations, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing incubation, acceleration, and venture building programs.
• Strong hands-on experience across the entire startup lifecycle, from the idea stage through scaling and go-to-market.
• A deep understanding of the Saudi market and its entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
• Experience in attracting and managing relationships with funding partners, investors, or venture capital firms.
• Solid experience in stakeholder management, engaging with founders, investors, mentors, corporates, and government entities.
• A strong understanding of emerging technologies and innovation trends, such as AI, fintech, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in using work management tools, including Notion and Asana.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
