The Internship Opportunity

Keenfinity Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern, Telecommunication to join its IQSIGHT division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time internship is designed for Saudi Nationals and recent Telecommunication Engineering graduates, offering hands-on experience in B2B sales within the telecommunications sector. The role supports the sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
