Integration Specialist

About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 is seeking an Integration Specialist to manage and support integrations between Ninja, its brands, and external partners. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the onboarding, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of daily integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and activation of new and existing brands.
• Set up, configure, test, and maintain integrations.
• Coordinate with external partners on branch mapping, menu setup, configurations, and activation.
• Troubleshoot integration, API, menu sync, order flow, and availability issues.
• Monitor integration-related cancellations and identify recurring issues.
• Handle and follow up on high-impact and key-brand issues until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and share recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Partner Operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting technical and integration-related issues.
• Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in E-commerce, Food Tech, Delivery, or SaaS industries is a plus.
