Interface Lead

About the Role

Mace Group is seeking an Interface Lead to manage interface management for a major new build airport program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position involves leading multidisciplinary coordination, embedding dependencies within program schedules, and resolving complex interfaces across various packages and stakeholders. The project aims to set a global benchmark for aviation experience and attract 120 million passengers by 2030.

Role Overview

The Interface Lead will drive the overall interface management strategy, governance, processes, and reporting across the program. This role requires significant experience in delivering complex, multi-package aviation programs, ensuring coordination across various project phases and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and fostering a positive safety culture.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve program milestones.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and ethical governance to contribute to long-term business sustainability.
• Manage collaborative project teams, driving performance, stakeholder engagement, and best practice innovation.
• Manage program-wide interface management, including setting strategy, governance, processes, and reporting.
• Coordinate complex interfaces across design, infrastructure, systems, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Maintain interface registers, ownership, dependencies, and schedules, driving timely resolution and escalation.
• Guide teams and stakeholders, identifying risks early and providing senior leaders with clear, actionable insight.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant degree qualification.
• Extensive airport interface management experience.
• Strong planning, controls, and coordination capability.
• Middle East experience.
• Assured leadership skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a part-time position. The successful candidate will work on a large new build airport project that combines construction expertise with consultancy to redefine project ambition.
