Job Description

🔹 Architect (Saudi nationality only)

We are looking for a qualified female architect who is capable of preparing drawings and plans clearly using AutoCAD and has comprehensive experience in all phases of project implementation, with effective communication skills to ensure work is completed on time. She should also be capable of conducting regular quality inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing architectural plans and drawings for projects.
  • Utilizing knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and material properties to achieve an ideal final product.
  • Conducting site visits to ensure quality of execution and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitoring execution stages and providing recommendations throughout all construction phases.
  • Collaborating with different teams to set goals, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Requirements: Female Saudi architects only.

• استلام العملاء المؤهلين من فريق المبيعات وإعداد موجزات الحملات.
• التواصل مع العملاء لإنهاء الأهداف والمخرجات المطلوبة.
• التفاوض مع المؤثرين، جمع عروض الأسعار، وبناء المقترحات.
• التعاون مع أخصائي الحملات لتنفيذ الحملة وإعداد التقارير.
• متابعة تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عقود ورصد فرص البيع الإضافي.

المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء (KPIs):
• مدة إعداد المقترح (≤ 5 أيام عمل).
• معدل تحويل المقترحات إلى عقود (%).
• متوسط حجم صفقة الحملة (بالريال السعودي).
• رضا العميل عن المقترحات (مؤشر NPS ≥ 8).
