Interior Design Trainer

About the Role

Engineering Science Institute is seeking an experienced Interior Design Trainer to join its training team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging training sessions that combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications in interior design.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interior design training courses in accordance with approved training plans and curricula.
• Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical projects.
• Instruct students in interior design principles, including space planning, color coordination, furniture selection, materials, and lighting.
• Teach fundamentals of interior layout planning and technical drawing.
• Provide practical training on relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit, as required by the course.
• Supervise student projects and assess practical performance and progress.
• Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, technologies, and industry practices.
• Maintain training quality standards and adhere to the institute's training schedule and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional and training experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard interior design and drafting software.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and clearly explain technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a training team.
