Fast Fit, established in 2019, is a leading EMS fitness brand in Saudi Arabia, operating 11 fitness clubs across major cities. Fast Fit is currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join its team in Riyadh.

The Inventory Specialist Role

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock management within Fast Fit's operations. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting procurement, warehouse, and overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring the availability and proper tracking of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities based on demand forecasts.
  • Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
  • Support warehouse operations, including organizing and labeling inventory.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing inventory management best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

Essential Skills and Systems

  • Demonstrated experience using ERP or inventory management systems (*, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
