About the Role
Fast Fit EMS is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient supply chain operations within the company's growing network of fitness clubs. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management.

The company operates 11 fitness clubs in major cities, providing high-quality EMS training solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using established inventory management systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve any identified inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials and supplies.
- Coordinate effectively with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Track all inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend appropriate reorder quantities based on demand forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and analyze stock trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Support general warehouse operations, including organizing and labeling inventory.
- Identify opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience using ERP or inventory management systems (*, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
