Investment Associate Private Markets (Manager Selection) Single Family Office

About the Opportunity

Oneira Talent Solutions is supporting the establishment of a new single family office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This office is backed by a substantial and well-established operating group, with a mandate to diversify the family’s wealth into financial investments. This role represents one of the initial hires for the investment team, focusing on private markets.

Investment Mandate

The investment platform is multi-asset, primarily focused on private markets, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real estate. All investment exposure will be achieved through external managers, with no direct deals. The strategy emphasizes international markets, making manager and fund selection across global markets a core component of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and conduct due diligence on external managers and funds across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real estate.
• Evaluate international General Partners (GPs), fund strategies, track records, terms, and alignment.
• Support portfolio construction and allocation decisions in a fund-of-funds style.
• Develop and maintain financial models, manager comparisons, and investment memos for the investment committee.
• Monitor the existing portfolio, including performance, reporting, and manager engagement.
• Track market trends and fundraising activity within private markets.
• Work directly with senior leadership to help shape the investment process from its inception.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment management, with a focus on private markets.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate external managers and funds.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.

Work Environment and Candidate Profile

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a small, entrepreneurial team, where they will have significant ownership and exposure to the investment process. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the GCC region.
